We all know that summer can be a difficult time for virtual assistants and freelance entrepreneurs to spend time on marketing their businesses, maybe because: 

• The kids are off school!
• You may not have childcare
• Summer trade might be busy
• You might be going away on holiday 
• The kids are off school! 🤣
  

So, that's why I've put together something to help! 

I've created some quick and simple marketing activities that will only take around 10 minutes each to complete. 

So, whilst I know it can be hard to find time to market your business over the summer, I'm hoping it might be possible to find the odd 10 minutes?

Let's face it, as a business owner, you've got 2 choices over the summer: 

Plan A:  Don't do any marketing and just worry about it again from September. 

Plan B: Keep your business growth ticking over by doing a little bit of work on marketing your business over the summer, to set you up for more success in September. 

Which route you take will depend on how successful this year has been for your business so far, and what you really want to achieve by the end of 2021. 

If you're already well on your way to achieving your goals, then you might be able to take it easier over the summer months.

If you still need to find more clients and customers then you won't want to take your foot off the gas! The summer is a great time to take some initial action that you can build on during September to grow your business to where you want it to be - but you obviously need a little time to relax too! 

Personally, I feel like I'm 4 months behind where I wanted to be this year as a result of homeschooling from January to Easter. Having now built up some momentum, I don't want to take my foot off the pedal over the summer holidays, but I do certainly want to enjoy some quality time with family and friends and chill out a bit over the summer.

And that's what gave me the idea for this 49 Ways challenge. 

I worked out that some children are off school for 7 weeks, which is 49 days. 

So I've created 49 x 10 minute activities to help you keep your business moving forward over the summer. 

That's 49 ways, over 49 days that you can build some strong marketing foundations for September. Which is much better than having to start promoting your business again from scratch after the holidays, isn't it!
